The Uncle Joe’s Mint Balls & Haigh Woodland Park Kinderfest Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, except employees of either organisation and their close relatives. The Competition opens on Wednesday 1st May 3PM and closes on Friday 3rd May 12PM. Entries received after this date will not be considered. The (5) prizes are as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The winner of the Competition will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified by email. No transport or accommodation expenses are included in the prize, and it is the winner’s responsibility to arrange their own transport to and from the event venue. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Participation in the Competition constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
